ich, 188 cm groß, 98 kg schwer hatte die Jeans zunächst in Größe 36 bestellt. Da es keine näheren Hinweise bezüglich Länge und Weite gab, dachte ich mir, dass die "36" die Weite darstellt und das die Länge keine große Rolle spielen wird, weil auf den Fotos die Hose sogar mehrmals umgeschlagen abgebildet ist. Aber, nachdem ich die Hose nach etwa 3 Wochen Lieferzeit bekommen habe, war zwar die Weite optimal hingegen lies die Länge erheblich zu Wünschen übrig. Es fehlten mindestens 10 cm. Wenn ich die Hose wie auf den Fotos mehrmals umschlagen wollte, würde die Hose gerade noch meine Knie bedecken. Da eine Rücksendung der Hose (wie in den korrekt ausgewiesenen Liefer- und Zahlungsbedingungen ausgewiesen) wirtschaftlich nicht in Frage kam, wird die Hose nun nur im Sommer getragen werden. Ich schilderte dem Kundendienst von meinem Problem, dass die Hose an sich von der Weite und der generellen Qualität super sei aber ich die Hose um mindestens 10 cm zu kurz empfinde. Daraufhin Antwortete mir der Kundenndienst sehr schnell, dass mir Madepants eine um 10 cm verlängerte Version (entgeltlich) zusenden könne, dass dies allerdings 6 bis 8 Wochen dauern könnte. Ich stimmte dem Vorschlag zu und bestellte nunmehr die "verlängerte" 14oz Indigo in Weite 36. Die Hose kam nach ca 7 Wochen bei mir an. Die Länge ist nun nahezu perfekt. Idealerweise hätte die Hose sogar noch 5 cm länger sein können, so dass ich sie wie auf den Fotos auch umgeschlagen tragen könnte. Kurz, die Hose ist vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aus meiner Sicht sehr gut, die mangelde Längenangaben auf der Internetseite ist nicht o.k., aber da hätte ich im vorhinein nachfragen sollen. Somit vergebe ich anstatt 5 Sternen nur 4 Sterne. Der Kundenservice-Kontakt verdient hingegen 6 Sterne. Also liebes Madepants-Team, seid so nett und modifiziert die Größenangaben.
